1. General
Glennos House is a home-based art school located in Moruya, NSW. We offer creative experiences including weekly kids’ classes, short courses for adults, one-off workshops, community events, and private bookings. By enrolling or attending any offering at Glennos House, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made via our website, ticketing platforms used or through direct communication with Glennos House. Spaces are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
3. Missed Classes
We understand life can be unpredictable. While we don’t offer credits, refunds, or class swaps for missed sessions, we will always lead with empathy. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out — we’ll consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- All classes, workshops, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Missed sessions will not be credited or refunded.
- Glennos House may, at its discretion, offer a refund in exceptional cases. This is considered a one-time gesture and does not set a precedent.
- If minimum numbers are not met or we need to cancel a class or event for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
5. Private Events
Private events (such as birthdays or bridal parties) are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Glennos House reserves the right to cancel any private event or booking if needed, and will offer a full refund in this case.
6. Accessibility & Age Requirements
Adult offerings are open to participants aged 18 and over. Weekly kids’ and teen classes are grouped appropriately by age.
Our space is home-based and we welcome people with diverse needs. If you or someone attending has specific accessibility, health, or mobility concerns, please get in touch prior to booking so we can discuss how to best support your experience.
7. Contact & Personal Information
When booking, we collect your contact details for communication and emergency purposes only. Your information is stored securely and will never be shared or used for anything unrelated to your participation at Glennos House.
